Our Story
Connect Nursing Solutions was founded by three South Australian women who continue to work hands-on in the aged-care sector. After years of covering shifts and contracts across different facilities and agencies, they saw an opportunity to create something better: an agency that genuinely cares for its nurses and carers the way they deserve to be cared for.
Drawing on their collective experience, they built Connect Nursing Solutions around the values of Reliability, Compassion and Integrity. They understand what it’s like to be on the floor, to pick up shifts at short notice and to rely on an agency that treats its people with respect and fairness. Their mission is to fill a gap they saw in an oversaturated market: providing a service that values professionalism and empathy equally, and that supports both facilities and staff with honesty, care and commitment.
